1 Lyndale Place is an 8 storey tower block on the Lyndale estate in Gilsochill, Maryhill in north west Glasgow. It is one of five on the housing scheme. They were approved in 1967 in phase 2 of project 'B' of the Maryhill redevelopment. Construction on the building was carried out by Reema Scotland. The building contains 32 flats and is expected to be refurbished and retained despite 3 others on Lyndale being demolished by 2016.
