The block was a brick construction, in a similar model as flats such as Home Tower however this time using a curving 'y' shaped footprint.
The block was 36 metres tall and completed in 1956, situated alongside 3 sister blocks and 3 intermittent 4 storey superblocks on the estate in the shadow of 'Spaghetti Junction'. The 3 large cooling towers of Nechells Power Plant were also imposing. Opposite was Carbrooke House and Normansell Tower while Osborne Tower was nearby. It was demolished in 2001. After 12 years of being derelict land, development started in 2014 with a factory being constructed to make specialized parts for local car manufacturers such as Jaguar and Land Rover.
