Dock Street is a 14 storey tower block in the Roker district of Sunderland. The block is close to the mouth of the River Wear and has a sister block a few yards away called named Chruch Street North, the two blocks are connected at ground level by a unique link building that creates a seating and communal area.
The block is owned by the Housing Association, Gentoo, and were completely refurbished in 2005 and has a concierge service.
