Fairford House is a 22 storey tower block on the Cotton Gardens Estate in Lambeth, central London. The scheme was approved in 1966 and the construction ended on the 68m tall building in 1968. Fairford House was built by Wates using a complicated system consisting of pre-fabricated sections. It is run by Lambeth London Borough Council.
