Bartley House
Bartley House was a 13 storey tower block on Penrith Croft on the Athol Farm estate in Bartley Green, Birmingham. Approved in 1965, it was constructed by DL using the Fram construction method and completed in 1969. It was 38 metres tall with a total of 50 flats. Demolition work began on the block in September 2007 by City Demolition using a high reach removal excavator.
