Newlands House was a 6 storey tower block of 42 maisonettes on Melling Way on the Rupert Street Estate. It was situated in the Nechells Green area of Aston, Birmingham. Plans for the block were approved in 1958 as one of the first tower blocks in the Nechells Green area and it was completed in 1959 by Laing. It was demolished in the 1990s along with the rest of the estate as part of wider regeneration plans for the area.
The estate was one of four that made up the Nechells Green / Duddeston complex of 27 tower blocks and part of the 67 council tower blocks in Aston.
