Greenbank House was a 7 storey tower block on Denby Close on the Rupert Street Estate. It was situated in the Nechells Green area of Aston, Birmingham. Plans for the block were approved in 1958 as one of the first in Nechells Green and it was completed in 1960 by Laing. It contained 51 flats plus a Welfare Centre. It had a L-shaped footprint. It was demolished in the 1990s as part of the wider regeneration of the area.

The estate was one of four making up the Nechells Green / Duddeston complex of 27 tower blocks and part of the 67 tower blocks in Aston.
