Meadow Court is an 11 storey tower block in Tillydrone, Aberdeen. It has been adapted to be used as sheltered housing for the elderly. The spacious flats have one bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom and benefit from a warden service. The flats are suitable for single persons or couples. The block is covered by CCTV and properties are fitted with emergency cords which link to the community alarm. The common room is the hub of the building - well used for 'drop in' cuppa and a chat, bingo, birthday parties and other social occasions. Other facilities include laundry, guest room, hairdresser room and visiting library. It is the northernmost tower block in the UK.
