Princethorpe Tower was a 20 storey tower block on Conybere Street in the Highgate area of Birmingham. It was the final tower block to be approved for the Highgate Redevelopment Area in 1968 and was completed in 1970 by Bryant using the Bison construction technique. It was 57 metres tall and contained 80 flats, numbered 1-12 and 14-81. It was demolished by Coleman & Co Demolition on August 17, 2003 by a controlled explosion.
The site is to be redeveloped part of the regeneration plans for the adjacent St Luke's estate.
