Sycamore House was a 12 storey tower block on Rupert Street in the Rupert Street Estate. It was situated in the Nechells Green area of Aston, Birmingham. Plans for the block were approved along with Chestnut House to be built either side of the old Great Lister Street in 1962 and it was completed in 1964 by Wates. It was next to the Kellett Road Estate complex that overlooked Nechells Parkway dual carriageway (A47) and contained 68 flats. It was demolished along with rows of nearby tower blocks in the 1990s as part of the wider regeneration of the area.

The estate was one of four that made up the Nechells Green / Duddeston complex of 27 tower blocks and part of the 67 tower blocks in Aston.
