Victor Tower of the Cromwell Street Estate, Nechells Green, Aston.

Victor Tower is a 20 storey tower block on Bloomsbury Street in the Cromwell Street Estate. It is situated in the Nechells Green area of Aston, Birmingham. Plans for the block were approved in 1968 and it was completed in 1969 by Wimpey as the final and tallest tower block in Nechells Green / Duddeston. It is 59 metres tall and contains 116 flats. The 20-storey tower was similar to those elsewhere in Aston or in Bromford or Castle Vale before it was revamped.

The estate is one of four that made up the Nechells Green / Duddeston complex of 27 tower blocks and part of the 67 council-owned tower blocks in Aston. The estate along with Duddeston Manor Estate was refurbished in the late 1990s when 2 of the other estates (Kellett Road Estate & Rupert Street Estate) were bull-dozed to make way for modern low rise houses.
