The Welsh House Farm Estate is a council estate on Welsh House Farm Road in the Harborne area of Birmingham. The estate is bordered to the north by Welsh House Farm Road, to the east by Harborne Golf Course, to the south by the California Way Estate and to the west by West Boulevard. The estate was constructed on rural farmland called Welsh House Farm, from which the estate takes its name. West Boulevard was constructed to provide main road access to the estate and further into south Birmingham.

Plans for the estate were approved in 1962 and construction was completed in 1965 by Wates. It is predominantly lowrise with semi-detached and detached houses, however three tower blocks were constructed on the northern edge of the estate. The three blocks are named after cities in New Zealand.
